ULMA Artic Packaging Machine

New packaging machine designed to pack fresh food products with modified atmosphere (MAP) for extended shelf life. The system is used to pack products such as fresh or processed meat, poultry, pizza, fish, pasta or cheese in MAP. The shelf life is extended as the product is packed in a hermetically sealed pack with a mixture of protective gases inside it.

The new Long Dwell sealing head is characterised by an "oval" motion profile in the jaw, which assures packs with perfectly hermetic seals at high production speeds. ULMA Pacific SSF Packaging Machine

The new PACIFIC SSF system is a Strech Shrink Wrapper that produces a Case Ready "leak proof" pack for meat and poultry products in trays.

Designed for the fresh food sector, the machine has a food-industry oriented design, having special consideration for the cleaning of the machine, protection against humidity and use of stainless materials, etc. The machine is built on a strong cantilever format frame, where all the drive mechanisms are assembled in a frame that is isolated from the packaging process. This design concept, compared with the other traditional frame formats, prevents any debris from the products ending up in the drive mechanisms. ULMA Pacific Packaging Machine

The PACIFIC BF packaging system is an industrial process for the packaging of fresh food products in trays with modified atmosphere (MAP) for extended shelf life. The system uses shrink barrier film, and it is used to pack products such as fresh or processed meat, poultry, pizza, fish, pasta and cheese.

This system combines an attractive package (it keeps the traditional appearance of a tray hand wrapped in the back room of a supermarket), with the profitability of a centralised production and an extended shelf life for the products (creating an air tight package with the right gas mixture inside).

ULMA Ocean Packaging Machine

New shrink wrapping machine designed to wrap frozen fish products at high speed.

Designed for the frozen fish sector, the machine has a food-industry oriented design having special consideration the hygiene, machine sanitation, protection against humidity, stainless materials, etc. The machine is fully built in stainless steel or plastic materials, and has been designed to avoid dust accumulation and to make easy its cleaning.
